At the heart of Costa Salina, the table at this hotel-restaurant in Porto-Vecchio reflects the soul of Corsica. Fish from the day's catch, meats, charcuterie and cheeses from neighboring farms, vegetables and herbs from the garden... the cuisine is rooted in a sincere approach that respects the rhythm of the seasons. Local produce and homemade dishes are given pride of place on a Mediterranean-inspired menu: Greek salad, Italian salad, red tuna tataki, ceviche with citrus fruits and risotto with crushed octopus roasted with hazelnuts are just a few examples. On the terrace, overlooking the saline and mountains, just a stone's throw from the swimming pool, gourmet delights are celebrated in a spirit of locavore, generosity and refinement.
The Costa Salina restaurant will be open from May 15 to September 30 for lunch only, otherwise the bar will offer a snack menu.
